Shannon Epley

Paralegal

marlaShannon comes to us with a strong background in the practice of law. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Shannon graduated from Decatur Central High School.

Shannon holds an AA degree in Paralegal Studies (with Honors) and a B.A. from IU with a Business Certificate from the Kelly School of Business. Shannon has spent several years in a mixed-practice law firm where she handled a variety of cases ranging from family law to civil law to criminal law. She is a member of the National Federation of Paralegals Association.

Shannon particularly enjoys being involved with the clients in all aspects of a case, and believes that client interaction is one of the more rewarding aspects of law practice. Shannon is planning to pursue a career as an attorney; she is to start her first year of Law School in the fall of 2010.

Outside of the office Shannon is an avid reader. She is interested in criminal justice novels, fiction, and non-fiction books. After a busy day or week at work, Shannon finds that reading books is a great way to relax and unwind.

She also loves her two dogs and enjoys spending time with them and with her family.
