Our client was operating his motorcycle when a vehicle turned left in front of him causing a violent collision. The impact was so forceful, his body left indentions in the motorcycle gas tank. He suffered severe fractures to his lower extremities, altering his ability to walk normally. He was hospitalized for several days and released to a rehabilitation facility and finally, after several weeks was released to home care. His home had to be altered, due to him having to use a wheelchair to move around his home. We were able to secure a maximum recovery through traditional negotiations. He was able to use the recovery for future treatment and renovations through his house to make him more comfortable.
