Our client was a passenger in a vehicle that ran off the road and flipped multiple times, throwing our client out of the vehicle. She sustained several fractures of her lumbar spine, cervical spine, ribs, pelvis, and femur. She endured multiple surgeries and ultimately was confined to a wheelchair.
