Applicants for the Sevenish Students Against Drinking and Driving Scholarship must be accepted to or enrolled in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate or graduate student. Applicants must use the form on the scholarship page to submit their application, and they must include a PDF file of unofficial transcript records and their essay submission. The Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. will not consider applications submitted via mail, email, or other methods other than via the form on the scholarship page. Applicants must submit their application by the deadline found on the scholarship page.
Choosing the Scholarship Recipient
A scholarship committee chosen by the Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. will review all applications submitted in the appropriate manner as described above. The scholarship committee will review applicants’ eligibility, unofficial transcripts, and essay submissions. The scholarship committee will choose a winner based on these criteria.
Neither the Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. nor the scholarship committee is responsible for computer or other technical problems that prevent an applicant from submitting their application before the deadline or via the form on the scholarship page.
The scholarship committee will select a winner without regard to any applicant’s race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, or any other protected category.
The scholarship committee’s decision is final.
Statement of Privacy
The Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. uses the information submitted by scholarship applicants only for the purpose of considering the applicants’ candidacy for the scholarship. Neither the Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. nor the scholarship committee will use applicants’ information for any other purpose. The Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. will not sell, share, or distribute personal, contact, or any other information submitted by applicants.
Announcement of the Winner
The Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. reserves the right to publicize the name of the scholarship winner and post the essay submitted by the scholarship winner, in whole or part, on the Sevenish Law Firm, P.C. website, social media, or via a press release.
